All patients are seen by appointment only. Please schedule routine physicals as far in advance as possible.

It is very important that appointments be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We ask all patients to arrive 20 minutes prior to their appointment to allow us to update their records and complete any necessary paperwork. Anyone arriving later than this may be asked to reschedule their appointment for another day.

Each patient to be seen requires an appointment scheduled prior to arrival. Requests made upon arrival to have other family members seen by the provider cannot be honored unless time allows.
