Our walk in Immediate Care is pleased to offer care to new patients and our existing medical office patients. Upon your arrival you will check in with our receptionist. They will ask you for your health insurance card and a photo ID. They will also verify if you are a new patient to our Immediate Care, if so we would like to obtain basic demographic information from you. If you have previously been in our Immediate Care or medical office, we will verify the information that we currently have in our records. Please inform us of your primary care providers name and we will gladly send them a copy of your visit notes.
Acute illnesses typically seen in Immediate Care would include but are not limited to:
Copays and Payments are requested at the time of service. Some health insurance may treat an Immediate Care similar to an office visit verus and Emergency Room for the amount of co-payment that might be due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Mastercard and Visa for your convenience.
We make every effort to see each patient in the order they arrived to our Immediate Care. Occasionally there may be a patient with a critical illness that requires priority care.
Once called to be treated, you will see one of our Immediate Care providers. They will take the history of your illness and exam the area of concern. The provider will then give you medical advice and treatment as necessary. Should a patient require follow up on their condition, they will be refer back to their primary care provider. If a patient does not have a primary care provider, they are welcome to contact our medical office to schedule a follow up at 316-682-9900.
