Office Appointments

All patients are seen by appointment only. Please schedule routine physicals as far in advance as possible.

It is very important that appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) may be asked to reschedule in order to be fair to patients with later appointment times.

Each patient to be seen requires an appointment scheduled prior to your arrival. Requests made on arrival to have other family members seen by the provider can not be honored unless time allows.
